  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 can artichokes chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or 1/2 cup frozen)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients: cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, basil, mozzarella, garlic salt, black pepper, and artichokes and spinach.
Mix until well combined and smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeños to the mixture before baking.
  • This dip can be easily doubled for a larger crowd — just bake it for a little longer.
  • You can substitute frozen spinach for fresh if needed; just make sure to drain and squeeze out excess moisture.
