A creamy and cheesy spinach artichoke dip made with fresh spinach, artichokes, and a blend of cheeses. Perfect for serving with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
1/4cupmayonnaise
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese
1cloveminced garlic
1/2teaspoondried basil
1/4cupgrated mozzarella cheese
1/4teaspoongarlic salt
black pepperto taste
1canartichokeschopped
1cupfresh spinach(or 1/2 cup frozen)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients: cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, basil, mozzarella, garlic salt, black pepper, and artichokes and spinach.Mix until well combined and smooth.Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish and spread evenly.Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeños to the mixture before baking.
This dip can be easily doubled for a larger crowd — just bake it for a little longer.
You can substitute frozen spinach for fresh if needed; just make sure to drain and squeeze out excess moisture.
