Hamburger Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 1 can refried beans
- 1/2 bottle Pace picante sauce or similar
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until the beef is fully browned. Drain any excess fat.Add the refried beans and picante sauce to the skillet, stirring to combine.Once heated through, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and stir until the cheese melts and everything is well blended.Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.For a crock pot option, transfer the mixture to a crock pot to keep warm during serving.

- You can adjust the level of spiciness by using mild or hot picante sauce.
