Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 can artichokes chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach (or 1/2 cup frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients: cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, basil, mozzarella, garlic salt, black pepper, and artichokes and spinach.Mix until well combined and smooth.Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish and spread evenly.Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeños to the mixture before baking.
- This dip can be easily doubled for a larger crowd — just bake it for a little longer.
- You can substitute frozen spinach for fresh if needed; just make sure to drain and squeeze out excess moisture.
