This easy crockpot recipe for Cafe Rio Chicken combines the savory flavors of Italian dressing, chili powder, and cumin to create a perfectly seasoned, tender chicken that’s ready to be shredded and served with your favorite sides. Ingredients

  • 1 cup zesty italian salad dressing
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 3 pounds frozen chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Mix the seasonings: In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon cumin, and 1/2 bottle (8 oz.) of Italian dressing.
    Prepare the chicken: Place 3 lbs. of frozen chicken breasts into the crockpot.
