Cheesy Onion Dip

A cheesy onion dip made with sour cream, onion flakes, parsley, beef bouillon, and garlic salt. Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies for a simple, flavorful appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • finely shredded cheese optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the onion flakes, parsley, beef bouillon, garlic salt, and sour cream until smooth and well combined.
    Optional: Stir in shredded cheese to taste.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
    Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • This dip can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the fridge.
    For a thicker dip, add more sour cream or a bit of cream cheese.
    Adjust the beef bouillon to taste for a more or less savory flavor.
