Cheesy Onion Dip
This savory, cheesy onion dip combines the rich flavors of onion, garlic, and beef bouillon with smooth sour cream. It’s perfect for any gathering and can be made ahead for easy entertaining.

Cheesy Onion Dip
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- finely shredded cheese optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the onion flakes, parsley, beef bouillon, garlic salt, and sour cream until smooth and well combined.Optional: Stir in shredded cheese to taste.Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- This dip can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the fridge.For a thicker dip, add more sour cream or a bit of cream cheese.Adjust the beef bouillon to taste for a more or less savory flavor.
