Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

This delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie features a chocolate graham or Oreo crust, filled with a smooth peanut butter and vanilla ice cream filling. Topped with fudgy ice cream topping and whipped cream, it’s a sweet treat perfect for any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate graham crust or Oreo
  • 1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 jar fudge ice cream topping
  • 8 ounces whipped topping thawed

Instructions

  • Mix the filling: In a large bowl, mix 2 cups creamy peanut butter and 1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream on low speed until well combined.
    Fill the crust: Pour the peanut butter and ice cream mixture into the chocolate graham or Oreo pie crust. Spread it evenly.
    Freeze the pie: Place the pie in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
