Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 small bag red potatoes
- sweet paprika to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- rosemary to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes:Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Boil in water until slightly soft. Drain and set aside.Seasoning:On a baking sheet, drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.Bake:Preheat the oven to 400-425°F (200-220°C). Bake the seasoned potatoes for 20 minutes. Take them out, stir, and return them to the oven for another 20 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of crispiness.

- Texture Tip: For extra crispy potatoes, you can broil them for a few minutes at the end of baking.
- Flavor Variation: Feel free to experiment with adding your favorite herbs or spices, like thyme or onion powder, for a customized flavor.
