Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.In a large Ziploc bag, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white and water together until frothy (you can use a fork or an electric mixer).Add the pecans to the bowl with the egg white mixture and stir to coat.Pour the coated pecans into the Ziploc bag and shake to fully coat them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes to ensure even roasting.Allow to cool before serving or storing.
