6largeeggs
1cupall-purpose flour
1cupmilk
1/2teaspoonsalt
6Tablespoonsbutter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.Place a 9×13-inch baking dish in the oven with the butter and allow it to melt completely.Meanwhile, add the eggs, flour, milk, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.Carefully remove the hot baking dish from the oven once the butter is melted and swirling.Pour the batter evenly into the hot pan.Return the dish to the oven and bake for 18–20 minutes, until puffed and golden around the edges.Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
The pancake will deflate slightly as it cools—this is normal.Serve with powdered sugar, syrup, fresh fruit, or lemon juice.Best enjoyed right out of the oven.
