Ingredients
1packagesquare won ton wrappers
1(6 ounce) cancrab meatdrained
2green onionschopped
8ouncecream cheesesoftened
salt and pepperto taste
Water (for sealing wrappers)
Sweet chili sauce, for serving
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each won ton wrapper.Seal the edges of the wrapper with water to form a tight seal.Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the won tons until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
Notes
You can prepare these in advance and freeze them before frying. Just fry them directly from the freezer when ready to serve.For a healthier option, you can bake them at 375°F for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
