Chunky Potato and Pepper Soup
A satisfying and flavorful soup packed with tender potatoes, vegetables, and spices. This easy-to-make soup is perfect for cooler weather.

Instructions
In a large pot, sauté all vegetables and meat until partially cooked. Add salt, pepper, and flour. Stir until flour cooks slightly.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until the soup becomes creamy and thickened.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft and the soup is fully cooked.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
If the soup is too thick, you can add a little more milk to achieve the desired consistency.
For extra flavor, feel free to add some shredded cheese as a topping.
This soup can also be made with leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker meal.
