1/2 pounddry black beansor 3 cans of black beans, drained
1(14oz) cancrushed tomatoes
2beef bouillon cubes
1Tablespoontaco seasoning
1/4cupdry onion
1teaspoonvinegar
1teaspoonminced garlic
splash of Worcestershire

Rinse and soak the black beans. If using dry beans, simmer for at least 1/2 hour or cook all day on low in the crockpot.Add all ingredients into the slow-cooker. Stir well to combine.If using canned beans, skip the long simmer time. Just heat until everything is well combined and the flavors meld together.Serve over cooked rice and garnish with cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. You can also add a pound of hamburger for extra flavor.
