Sanpete Marinade (for chicken or turkey)
Sanpete Marinade is a tangy, flavorful marinade that’s perfect for grilling. Made with soy sauce, salad oil, 7UP or Sprite, garlic powder, and horseradish sauce, this marinade infuses meat with savory, slightly sweet flavors. It’s great for turkey steaks, chicken, or even pork.
This is a well-known recipe in our area. There used to be a religious pageant here. People flocked in the thousands and the local church provided this as part of their meal. A definite favorite.
