Lemon Fruit Dip

Lemon Fruit Dip

A quick and creamy lemon fruit dip made with pineapple juice and lemon pudding. Light, refreshing, and perfect for serving with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz. container of Cool Whip or homemade whip cream
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 small package instant lemon pudding

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice and lemon pudding mix until smooth and slightly thickened.
    Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled with fresh fruit.

Notes

  • This dip pairs especially well with strawberries, grapes, pineapple, and apple slices.
    For a lighter texture, homemade whipped cream may be used in place of Cool Whip.
    Chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor and consistency.
