Preheat the Oven:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.Cream the Wet Ingredients:In a large mixing bowl, cream together the eggs, butter, vanilla extract, and sugar using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.Add Dry Ingredients:Add the cocoa powder, flour, and a pinch of salt to the wet mixture. Stir with a spatula or continue mixing on low speed until just combined. The batter will be thick.Spread and Bake:Pour the brownie batter into the prepared 9x13-inch baking pan. Use a spatula to spread the batter evenly in the pan.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs (be careful not to overbake).Cool and Serve:Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. They can be served warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For Extra Richness: You can add chocolate chips to the batter for added texture and gooey chocolate pockets.
Storage: Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months—just wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and foil.
Baking Tip: If you prefer your brownies with a slightly crusty top, bake them for an extra 5 minutes. If you like them extra gooey, reduce the baking time by 5 minutes.
