Sweet and crunchy roasted almonds glazed with honey and butter, then coated in sugar for a crystal-like finish.

2cupswhole natural almonds
1/4cuphoney
2Tablespoonbutter
1cupsugar in the raw
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Spread almonds evenly on a shallow pan and place in the cold oven. Roast for 12–20 minutes, stirring halfway through.While the almonds roast, melt honey and butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Simmer for 2 minutes.After the almonds have roasted, remove them from the oven and transfer to the saucepan with the honey mixture. Stir gently to coat the almonds in the glaze.Using a slotted spoon, transfer the coated almonds to a sprayed baking sheet to cool.Once slightly cooled, toss almonds with raw sugar to coat. Allow them to cool completely before serving or storing.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, try roasting the almonds a little longer until golden brown.These almonds can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
