1/4cupsoy sauce
3Tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1/4cup red wine vinegar
1 wholelemon juiced
1/2Tablespoonpepper
2teaspoonitalian leaf parsley
3Tablespoonmustard
2teaspoonminced garlic

In a medium bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, parsley, mustard, and garlic until well combined.Place chicken breasts in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated.Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 6 hours. Turn or shake occasionally to redistribute the marinade.Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess liquid.Grill chicken until fully cooked and juices run clear, about 5–7 minutes per side depending on thickness.Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This marinade works well for chicken thighs as well as breasts.Do not marinate longer than 6 hours due to the vinegar and lemon juice.Leftover grilled chicken is excellent sliced for salads, wraps, or bowls.
