Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Add butter to a 9×13-inch baking dish and place in the oven until melted. In a large zip-top bag, combine flour, salt, seasoned salt, pepper, paprika, and ranch seasoning.Add chicken pieces to the bag, seal, and shake until evenly coated.Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the melted butter, leaving space between pieces.Bake for 10 minutes, then remove pan and turn chicken pieces using tongs.Return to oven and bake an additional 12–15 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and golden.Transfer chicken to a paper towel–lined plate to remove excess butter, if desired.
Copycat ChicFil-A Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients until smooth.Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
For extra crispness, avoid overcrowding the pan so the chicken bakes rather than steams. This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.Leftover nuggets reheat best in the oven or air fryer.
