Garlic Parmesan Cheesy Monkey Bread

A quick and easy garlic parmesan monkey bread made with biscuit dough, melted butter, Italian seasoning, and plenty of cheese. Baked until golden and served warm with marinara for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz.) can refrigerated biscuits dough
  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella or fiesta cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce for serving

Instructions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a round baking dish or bundt pan.
Separate biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and ¼ cup of the parmesan cheese.
Add biscuit pieces to the bowl and gently toss until evenly coated.
Transfer dough pieces to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella (or cheese blend) and remaining ¼ cup parmesan evenly over the top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra garlic flavor, add ½ teaspoon minced garlic to the butter mixture.
A bundt pan creates a classic pull-apart look, but a round baking dish works just as well.
Best served warm; reheat briefly in the oven to restore softness if needed.
